The session was informative and made me feel more confident and better suited to try a class. 10/10 she is truly a breath of fresh air and an excellent instructor. I cannot wait to attend her classes !

I did a 1:1 reformer session with Lana and she put me at ease. I have always wanted to try pilates but have always been too intimidated !!

Our
Policies

We kindly ask all classes and private sessions are canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Anything canceled after the 12 hour window will result in lost of the class or session pass.

No showing a class or session without cancellation prior to the class or session start time will result in a $25 no show fee. No acceptations.

It is imperative to show up to all classes and sessions on time, however a five minute grace after the class time has started is allowed. Anytime after this five minute grace period, the instructor may not allow you into class depending on the type of class and class size. Showing up late to class, especially reformer classes can disturb the flow of the class and the rest of the clients taking the class.

Due to smaller class sizes, the schedule tends to fill up quickly. We recommend joining the waitlist as it does move. The class schedule comes out on the 30th of every month for the following month, that would be a good time to book your classes.

We do offer a bundle of reformer classes and private sessions at a discounted rate for people who are looking to get started on their Pilates journey. We offer three reformer group classes for $75 and three private sessions for $185
