At our studio we offer a variety of class types to fit you needs. Our class styles are the same, whether they are offered on the mat or on the reformer. We recommend beginners starting with our Restore class to become familiar with Pilates. 
Modifications are offered throughout class to better fit your needs

Class Descriptions

This beginner friendly Pilates class focuses on foundational Pilates exercises performed at a slower more intentional pace. Emphasis is placed on the core Pilates principles, including breath, alignment, control, and concentration to build strength, awareness, and confidence in movement. Perfect for those new to Pilates or anyone looking to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with the basics. 

RESTORE

This full-body Pilates class delivers a challenging, high-intensity workout while remaining low impact and joint-friendly. Expect dynamic, flowing sequences designed to elevate the heart rate as you build strength, endurance, and control. Throughout class emphasis is placed on proper core engagement, alignment, breath, and balance to support safe, effective movement. This class is ideal for anyone looking to work hard, feel strong, and move mindfully without the high-impact stress on the body.

SCULPT & SWEAT

This full-body class strengthens and tones the entire body with a focus on the glutes and deep abdominal muscles. Through controlled, intentional movement, you will work on muscle contraction, balance, and breath to build strength, stability, and body awareness. Exercises are designed to support proper alignment and mindful breathing.

GLUTES & ABS

This full-body Pilates class combines mindful movement with dumbbells to build strength, stability, and control. With a focus on breath, concentration, and balance, you will move through intentional exercises that challenge the entire body while supporting proper alignment and core engagement. The addition of weights enhances muscular endurance and tone without sacrificing the precision of Pilates. 

POWER

This athletic Pilates class blends the reformer and mat exercises for a dynamic full-body workout. Using dumbbells to build strength and definition, you will move seamlessly between the reformer and mat to challenge your core, glutes, arms, and legs. Expect a strong energizing flow with an emphasis on control, breath, and alignment.
