What is Pilates?
Pilates was developed by a German physical trainer, Joseph Pilates in 1926. Pilates is a mind-body exercise that focuses on strengthen the core or “power house” Pilates exercises are low impact and focus on strengthen all muscles in the body including the deep core muscles.
Pilates promotes mindfulness, and body awareness. Pilates can improve posture, balance, and increase energy.
