Class Descriptions.

  • Restore

    This class is a restorative flow that focuses on breathing, stretching, and strengthening core muscles. During class we will focus on lengthening our body and muscles while aligning our breathing.

  • Sculpt & Sweat

    High Intensity Interval training meets Pilates. In this class we will get our her rates up and break a sweat with high intensity movements while also incorporating Pilates exercises. Props may be used such as light weights, magic circle, Pilates ball, resistance bands, and ankle/wrist weights.

  • Glutes & Abs

    During this class we will find our place of shake while working deep core muscles along with working different parts of the glutes.

  • Power

    In this class we will use free weights to strength train while incorporating Pilates exercises. We will focus on full body strength working the upper body, core, and lower body.

  • Stretch & Flex

    This class strictly focuses on stretching. Duing class we will work through stretching and lengthening the whole body helping the body recover from daily exercise or day to day activity.
